Kelly Sports

We started the week off with some awesome games from Kelly Sports.

There were some team building activities, egg and spoon relay races, and some floor is lava.

Swimming

We have really enjoyed having the pool open. 

Yes it was a little chilly but we kept moving and it was a lot of fun.

We will be swimming on Monday!

Fire Engine visit

After all our learning about being Firewise we were lucky enough to be visited by 'Avondale Fire brigade'.

Here are some photos from the visit.

The firemen were very impressed with our fire knowledge.

The fireman put on his special safety suit

We learnt that a fireman dress in his suit is not scary

We practised getting down, staying down and getting out to our special meeting place

We got to look at the fire engine

We saw the hose and all the other amazing equipment that the firefighters use

We even got to go into the fire engine-this was the best part!

We got a certificate and some stickers.
