Race Relations Day

Today it was Race Relations Day.

Wow what a day!!!

We have children that come from all over the world in Room 14.

Enjoy the photos of us dressed up in our cultural clothes.

We went to a special assembly where we heard lots of different greetings from all over the world.

At lunch time we had a massive feast where we got to try different foods from different cultures.

What an exciting day.

Popcorn Writing Fun

Today we made some popcorn!!!

It was a lot of fun watching the popcorn popping out of the machine.

The children came up with some excellent describing words for what they saw happening and what they heard.

• putting our hand up when we want to speak

Making our faces

This term we have been working on getting to know each other, what we like to do, eat, play with etc.

This week we made our faces using paper and googly eyes. It was a lot of fun. We tried hard to use the correct colours for our hair. After we made them we published some writing and added it to our faces.

Discovery Time

On Friday we had Discovery Time Fun.

We had a great time playing with our friends whilst practicing showing our school values.

We had 10 very brave little swimmer on Monday!!!

They braved the cold and had lots of fun with our fabulous instructors.

PMP today

Today we had PMP for the first time. We had so much fun trying all the activities.
