Week 9

Wow Week 9 has been very busy. 

We had 3 amazing shows. 

Aside for the show we have been working hard on our reading, writing and maths.

This week our shared book was called "I spy." For writing we wrote our own "I spy" and then read it to the class. The class had to guess what it was. This was a lot of fun.

When we get stuck on a word we use our robot arms to help us sound out the tricky word. Here is Farhat using her robot arms.

The children were given a challenge to create a picture using just shapes, then I took a photo of each creation.

We had a lot of fun creating our shape pictures.

We love buddy reading. Here we are reading with our buddies.

On Friday Tobin's mum Kyla came in for discovery time. She brought in some off cuts of wood and the kids went crazy making some amazing creations. Here are some snaps of creativity in the making.
