We started the week with some great maths work and some new math games.

We love doing phonics in Room 14, we are getting better at sounding out and writing down unknown words.

Here are some snapshots of us practicing our cross country. Its getting close to race day!!!

Here are Oliver, Eli, Nora and Maddy reading our big book to the class. Well done guys.

A snapshot of reading time

We worked on the letter 'j' this week.
Look at our great handwriting, we are so proud of it.

Green Day/Endangered Animal Day

We really enjoyed learning about endangered animals.

Here we are all dressed up for Green day

Then it was assembly time, well done to Noa and Stella for winning a prize.

This was our slide.

Next was buddy reading time.

We had our first discovery time with out buddy class Room 6. This was a lot of fun. We enjoyed the different activities in each class. We can't wait for our next discovery lesson with Room 6.

This week we worked on our endangered animal writing. The children wrote about why animals are endangered and ways we could help them.

Here is their published work, come and check it out.

Another very busy week in Room 14
