Week 6
It was a short week but jammed packed with lots of learning and fun........Except for my broken finger-note to self, don't play netball against the Year 6 team-they are very good :)
Maths
This week the groups have been working on subtraction facts.
PMP
A great time had by all. See if you can spot the new activity we tried.
Cross Country
Not a lot of practise this week due to the bad weather, but we are getting faster.
Writing
This week we shared our writing with the class. The kids enjoyed reading their stories out.
Casey our classroom Caterpillar
Our classroom caterpillar has been in its chrysalis for a while now........but he finally turned black, which meant he was about to come out of it.
Very exciting!!! We had a closer look. We could see his wings inside the chrysalis.
I took him home to capture the moment when he came out BUT missed it :(
I got a photo of him drying his wings and then after a while he flew away. Off to the big wide world.
Green Day
