Walking up the Mountain

 Owairaka Mountain Walk

On Thursday 13th May we walked up our mountain.

We are ready to go.

Crossing at the zebra crossing.

We had lots of energy.

Starting up the mountain.

We saw a Tui on the way.

It was beautiful and sunny.

We saw One Tree Hill.

We saw Mt Eden.

We saw the white bridge by the school.

Nearly at the top.

At the top. What an amazing view.

We saw the ocean.

We could see the Waitakeres.

At the top of the mountain we said our school Pepeha.

We started walking down the hill.

It was beautiful walking in between the trees.

We saw a Rimu tree.

We walked all the way back to the school.

What a great way to start the morning.
