Today for fitness you have to spell your first name, then look at the picture below to see what you have to do for each letter of your name.

L= 25 Lunges

I= 30 jumping jacks

S= 15 mountain climbers

A= 40 jumping jacks

If you are unsure what the exercise is you can ask your parents.
