Week 7

Here is a snapshot of Week 7

Happy Birthday Stella, we can't believe you are now '6'

This week we started making our habitats. This was a lot of fun. We started by planning our habitat for our chosen animal. Then it was time to paint it.

We were lucky enough to go with Room 12 to the compost bins.

When we were there Trudy told us all about the worm and the compost bins. 

We learnt where to put our fruit scraps.

This was really fascinating. 

Thank you Trudy for taking the time to teach us, we enjoyed it but it was a bit smelly :)

Maths time fun

Here are Noa, Sophie, Jack, Tom, Gstaceyah and Ian reading our big book this week.

We had a new game to play at reading time, it is called 'Silly sentences'. The children enjoyed making some silly sentences up.

Well Done Jack for doing 100 nights of reading

Here we are adding some more foliage to our habitats, they are starting to look great.
